IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2018
IBPS PO Exam is going to be conducted in three phases. They are prelims, mains and interview. The preliminary exam should be completed within one hour time frame. Preliminary exam is conducted through online with thee sections ofReasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. The candidates should clear the cutoff in all the three sections. This year onwards there is change in the IBPS main exam pattern. The following changes are implemented from this year onwards.
- The IBPS main exam will have 4 sections with a total score of 200 marks. The questions number is reduced from 200 to 150 questions.
- Descriptive paper is added in the main exam of probationary officer.
- In IBPS PO there is no particular section for computer applications. It is grouped up with reasoningsection. This will contain 45 questions with a total of 60 marks that has to be completed within 60 minutes.
IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria
A candidate should hold a minimum bachelor’s degree from any discipline from a recognized university and the age of the candidate should be a minimum of 20 years.
IBPS PO 2018 Application Fee
General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 600 as their examination fee whereas Rs. 100 will be collected from SC/ST/PWD candidates.
